The Caterpillar

It’s a children’s book based on a poem with a soundscape. The poem tackles parts of bipolar disorder and shows an insight of what someone suffering with bipolar disorder feels like. The story structure starts with the caterpillar tiptoeing into depression with the unrealistic expectation they have for themselves, which eventually triggers an internal conflict with the caterpillar resulting in them turning into a butterfly.
